By default, your office makes the calls and sends the emails, from your own email or a shared leads@ address. We write all of it (call scripts and ready-to-send emails) and track every lead. You forward or CC every new lead and quote to daniel@followuplead.org.
Optional add-ons
Add any of these to a Standard or Plus plan. Monthly add-ons are added to your plan price; one-time items are quoted and billed in writing before any work.
Past-customer reactivation campaign, such as a tune-up or maintenance push (separate from Plus's 90-day quote revival): $300 per campaign
Extra leads above your plan's monthly limit: $3 per lead
Own-Inbox Sending: we send your follow-ups from your own email inbox and check it daily (monthly plans only, with your written agreement): $150/mo
Sending from a shared leads@ address, through your CRM, or from your own email using our ready-to-send drafts is already included in Standard and Plus. Anything not listed above, we'll quote in writing before doing any work.
The simple terms
The pilot ends on its own. $250 flat for 2 weeks, paid before it starts. It never converts or renews on its own.
Opt-in only. A monthly plan starts only after you say yes. Nothing continues unless you choose it.
Billed monthly in advance, starting the day you say yes.
Renews monthly until you cancel with 30 days' written notice. No refund on the current month. If your notice runs past your next billing date, that last month is billed in full with no partial refund, and nothing is charged after.
FAQ
Who sends the messages? By default, your office does. We write every follow-up and track every lead. On a monthly plan, if you'd rather we send them, Own-Inbox Sending is an optional $150/mo add-on (not available during the pilot).
Do you need access to our inbox? No, we don't need access to your inbox. Your office can send our drafts, or you can set up a shared leads@ address just for follow-ups that you can revoke anytime. Own-Inbox Sending is the only option that uses your inbox, and it needs your written agreement and limited send-as access.
What happens after the two weeks? The pilot ends on its own. It never converts or renews.
How do we cancel? Give 30 days' written notice. No refund on the current month; if your notice runs past your next billing date, that month is billed in full. Nothing is charged after.
Is setup help extra? No. Hands-on setup help is included in the pilot at no extra cost.
Your customers' privacy
We collect only what we need to follow up: name, phone, email and notes. We never sell your leads or share them with anyone outside your shop. If a lead asks to be removed, we delete their details from our records the same day. When a job is done, we delete them 3 days later unless you ask us in writing to keep them. Your office keeps its own records under your own policies.
